By placing an order you agree to these terms. ORDERING • All orders are subject to availability. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil it, and we will refund you in full. • Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation from us. • Please check your order carefully before paying, including any customisations. PRICES AND PAYMENT • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any VAT that applies. • Payment is taken online when you place your order. • Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY • Collection and delivery times are estimates. We will always do our best to have your order ready on time. • Delivery is only available within our delivery area, which is worked out from your postcode. • Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery. If we cannot deliver because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we may not be able to offer a refund. ALLERGIES Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Please tell us about any allergies when you order. While we take care, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please speak to us before ordering. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS • Because our food is made to order, you cannot cancel an order once we have started preparing it. • If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right or give a refund where appropriate. • Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
